" Saturday night I hosted a dinner for four. A birthday dinner for one of my dearest friends. The four of us try to get together at each others home every few months. With all our busy lives; it is not always easy to arrange the time or posses the talent to prepare an awesome meal. ERIC TO THE RESCUE!
 
I had to simply prepare a green salad and buy a fresh bread to accompany Todric’s 3 course dinner that I picked a couple hours before my group dinner.The meal was unbelievable. Eric’s instructions for warming up were perfect…
 
I could not over cook or dry out the food. The portions were more than enough for the four of us. The flavours lingered on your palette. All my friends took Eric’s card for future business.
 
I definitely would not hesitate in having Todric’s Catering create a feast for me again.

"Thank-you so much for a wonderful experience at our home on January 4th, 2003. A great way to start the year! I must say we were concerned to hire such a new caterer for this event at our home. Our fears were of course unjustified! Our guests were raving from the moment the party started and each time I speak to anyone they still are commenting on the food! An always important part of any function. But more important was that you listened to what we wanted to achieve and ensured the day was special, from the servers to the presentation to the wonderful table centerpiece. I even understand some people were sneaking away with desserts at the end of the evening.
