Smoked Salmon and wasabi cream cheese Roll |
| 4 spinach wraps | 60 ml chopped chives | | 250 g cream cheese, room temperature | 300 g smoked salmon | | 15 ml wasabi | Fresh ground black pepper | | 15 ml pickled ginger, chopped | |
Lay the wrap on a cutting board. | | Mix the cream cheese, wasabi and the chopped pickled ginger. | | Spread the cream cheese on the wrap. Be sure to leave one inch on each side of the wrap (left and right) with out cream cheese. | | Line up the smoked salmon over the wrap. Again, you will want to leave one inch on each side of the wrap (left and right) un-covered. | | Sprinkle the chives over the smoked salmon and crush the fresh black pepper to your taste. | | Start rolling the wrap tight, from the bottom to the top. | | Cut the side off and discard. Cut the roll in half inches slices & serve! |
