Our cocktail receptions are unique to the catering industry. Our menu boasts a selection of over eighty hors d’oeuvres which are fresh not frozen; we prepare them 24 to 48 hours prior to your event.

The majority of our hors-d’oeuvres are low in carbs. We use fresh fruits and vegetables as base for our main ingredient. Traditionally, most hors-d’oeuvres are served on a piece of bread or wrapped in pastry dough. Our philosophy is about flavour and texture!

Hors-d’oeuvres are sold by the dozen and start at $12.95 per dozen. Please allow us two to three days to prepare your order. If you forget to place your order early, give us a call and we will discuss the selections we have available for you. We take pride in preparing banquet receptions and sit down dinners to create memorable food experiences that you and your guests will not soon forget.

We use a European method of presenting our buffet table. We use a mix of; china, baskets, glass bowls, stainless steel platters, and wooden trays. Our tablecloths are colourful or traditional white. We can assist you with; decorating your room, music, outdoor tents and any other requirements you might have.

If you’re planning a sit down dinner event, we can provide you with different selections of china, glassware, and tablecloths. We can create a casual or sophisticated event for you! The menu can be as simple as a three course dinner to a fine dining experience of seven courses. Follow the link to our menu and view examples of dinner events.
